Wow, just check out the difference in this room when you add drapes.
Pretty amazing that you can get this kind of change with some fabric, and this is just the look of the room.
You aren’t able to tell that the rooms have no echo anymore but they don’t. And that the glare from sunlight can now be controlled by adjusting the draw which makes hubby truly ecstatic on game day. Also the temperature in the rooms is better controlled and more energy efficient because of the insulating value of the linen and drapery lining so we just keep making that man happy.
It is easy to see, the window treatment truly is the final touch to your room. I just love how these are very close to the wall color cause it makes it cozy without making it a cramped room. And notice the linen is just a little crinkled, yummy lived in and rich looking. None of Grandma’s pinched pleats at the top keeps them stylish and fresh.
We started these rooms 3 years ago when they moved to the area and they looked great and served their purpose and came in at budget for the family too. But the family grew by one; they changed the way they live in the house too. They didn’t need a separate breakfast room anymore but they sure did need a place for Mom and Dad to unwind and watch a little entertainment or have some adult friends in for a movie or ball game.
So take a look at the new entertainment room, with a cozy comfy adult sofa and buttery leather chair and ottoman, a couple of nesting Amish benches, wooly cowhide on the floor and rustic console under the 60” TV make it a dream for Mom and Dad. A beautiful chandelier in white washed wood and iron and a glass lamp keeps it light and airy in the cozy room and brings attention to the existing 8’ high blanket cabinet with wire door detail.
